Anse Chastanet resort offers individually designed rooms by Nick Troubetzkoy that integrate with the tropical surroundings using open-air louvered walls instead of conventional walls. Hillside suites provide panoramic views of the Pitons and Caribbean Sea, while beachside deluxe rooms have air conditioning and immediate beach access. Each room features clay tile or tropical hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, and a spacious bathroom with balcony or patio.

The resort operates three on-site restaurants including the Treehouse Restaurant serving Caribbean and international cuisine, a vegetarian restaurant using organic produce from the resort's own Emerald Estate Farm, and the beachfront Trou au Diable restaurant. Emerald Estate Farm supplies fresh fruits, vegetables, and herbs for all meals, and guests can tour the farm or take cooking classes with Chef Shaun. The hotel also has a chocolate lab where chocolatier Daniel leads tree-to-bar classes using cacao grown on the property.

Activities & Water Sports

Anse Chastanet has an on-site Scuba St Lucia dive center offering guided tours and PADI courses from the beach, with short boat rides to dive sites. Guests can use complimentary non-motorized water sports including kayaks, paddleboards, Hobie Cats, and windsurfing, plus snorkel gear for the protected marine reserve right off the beach. The resort also provides mountain biking, jungle hiking, tennis courts, and evening entertainment at the Piton bar.
